/ BIO

Bodil Krogh Andersen often work with juxtaposing the personal with ecological crises—making the climate crisis a personal matter. Drawn to the city's pace, its people, she simultaneously yearn for nature, solitude and contemplation. Her work typically unfolds on the border between these two worlds—where the landscape changes due to human activity or where nature has begun to reclaim the terrain.

Through various mediums, including textile, analogue photography, video essays, installation, poetry and publications she invites her viewers to reflect on the impact of human activities on the environment and the importance of preserving both natural and cultural heritage.
